The plan allows you to defer compensation on a pre-tax basis above IRS pre-tax limits for 401(k) plans. There is not specific enrollment window for this plan, and you may elect to contribute to this plan at any time via netbenefits.com.
All team members are eligible to make pre-tax, Roth and/or after-tax contributions up to annual IRS limits—$23,500 for 2025. The limit for voluntary after-tax contributions is $25,500.
If you’re 50 or older during the calendar-year, you can make “catch up” contributions up to an additional $7,500. Under the SECURE 2.0 Act, if you’re age 60-63, you can make “catch-up” contributions up to an additional $11,250.
